I want to take a moment to be really grateful for everything I have going on these days. Life is full to the brim with things to do and people to see. And though that can sometimes be stressful or tiring (or expensive!), I am so deeply grateful for all the joy and love and excitement.
I love how much time I get to spend with my family and friends; eating together, singing into the night, dancing together for fun, trying to hit a ball in a game of rounders, cooking for them, playing card games, bringing people up north to show them my home. It is so wonderful from the tiny moments to the big trips.
My other projects are developing. I’m in the midst of turning my bedroom into a dreamy oasis, and it’s exciting seeing it start to come together. I’m still loving aerial, learning new things and pushing myself to do things that scare me. Happy to say I can even do a flip around the trapeze bar when I’m feeling brave! I got back into swimming for the first time in over a decade and have been loving the peace of the pool.

While I’ve been having fun and have a lot of really exciting things coming up, I’m trying to celebrate being as well as all that I’m doing. So here’s a moment to recognise the small, beautiful things I’ve been enjoying.
I’ve been lucky to spend a lot of time beside the waves, with animals and so much time outside in the sunshine. Hanging upside down, and facing my fears flipping all the way around. Slicing through water and watching the sunlight glinting on droplets. Dancing in the kitchen while dinner simmers. Collating a playlist that maps a journey. Thinking about growing old with my friends. Seeing frog tape and rollers turn into colour combos that work together. Reading wrapped up on the sofa or sprawled on a blanket in the park. Watching the cherry blossoms flutter in the breeze like confetti. Breathing in the cosiness of an embrace. Bursting with feelings that need to be shared.
